High Reliability Schools (HRS) Coaching Academy

The High Reliability Schools (HRS) Coaching Academy is a customized professional learning format specifically designed for highly motivated school leadership teams committed to fulfilling their school’s greatest potential.

School-based teams will gain a deep, rich understanding of the HRS framework and receive comprehensive training in HRS concepts, applications, and sustainability measures.

Carefully developed to maximize participant learning, the academy includes:

  • Three 2-day sessions (six days total) over the course of a school year led by Marzano Resources HRS associates
  • A highly interactive, customizable curriculum
  • Guidance on how to train other staff members on HRS concepts and processes
  • Continuous expert support throughout the duration of the academy
